Owen Garrett

Digital Content Lead - Videography - Photography - Field (Southeast US)

Owen started his journey as a creative in 2013 in basic video editing, and in 2023, he made the switch from various niches to photography and videography in the motorsport world with his primary focus being IMSA, Drift, and GT Racing. While doing so, he leverages skills from marketing, graphics, photo, and video as the VP of Marketing & Multimedia Forensic Analyst in digital forensics and drift team/circuit management.

Taylor Haney

Taylor has a rich background in motorsport editorial, graphic design, and photography, along with a profound love for the drift scene. Always aiming to capture the essence of drifting, Taylor has been able to capture the drivers and community alike, through a camera lens and powerful storytelling.

Jarrod Dykstra

Photography - Field (North America, International)

Jarrod is a photographer from Vancouver Island, British Columbia. He grew up around cars, as his father built and owned classic muscle cars for decades. Around 2014, he discovered drifting, and in 2018 he built his first drift car. He started out as a photographer taking film photos at drift events whenever his E36 (predictably) overheated. When his local track permanently closed in 2022, he retired his drift car, and jumped head-first into photography. Since, he’s shot at events up and down the west coast (open drift, to Grassroots, to PRO-AM and FD) and also ventured abroad in 2024.

Ian Ramirez

Ian is a photographer and videographer.  He’s always had a passion for anything automotive since he was in high school.  After graduating with a bachelors in nursing, he quickly realized he wanted to take his automotive and motorsport photography hobby to a professional level.  Now, all he thinks about is drifting events, and how to own a GT3RS!

Jacob Qualls

Jacob is a photographer/videographer who is driven by the passion of capturing light in all forms; from the high-octane world that is the drift community to World-Renowned artists like Third Eye Blind, to the Out-Of-This-World company - SpaceX, to the Earth’s theatrical productions that are Thunderstorms. Jacob has been published numerous times, including being named a “Face of PPA” (Professional Photographers of America).

Justin Fowler

Co-Publisher - Media Management

Justin has lived and breathed drifting since the age of 10. A devoted JDM fan, SIM driver, and drifting photographer, Justin is always in the middle of the scene coordinating comp teams, spotting, working under a hood, or shooting/hunting down great DRIFTEM media content. In his spare time, he works as a top-notch Audi automotive technician.

Nicole Bogusinski

Social Media Lead - Editorial - Field (US & Canada)

Nicole has been working in social media marketing for 10 years but it wasn’t until 2022 (and a surprise ride-a-long with Chelsea DeNofa), that she fell in love with drifting. Since then, she has travelled Canada & the USA creating content and capturing stories for automotive brands and athletes. She also helped organize the first ever LGBTQ+ inclusion event at Formula Drift Long Beach and the Women of FD program alongside PROSPEC driver Zandara Kennedy in 2024.

Being behind a camera since 2002, Ian is a photographer with a deep-seated passion for capturing the heartbeat of car culture and the adrenaline-fueled world of motorsport; with work being graced with global brands such as Motortrend, Hot Rod Magazine, and Formula DRIFT, among others.

Dan Gooda

Daniel turned a childhood passion for video and cameras into a successful full-time career. He founded Island Escape Media in 2016 and has grown it into a highly-successful and recognized production company. Dan spends his weekends and spare time feeding one of his passion projects - filming and creating content for anything motorsport-related.

Mark Baldone

Photography - Field (International)

Mark Baldone hails from Helena, Alabama. He’s currently serving as Active Duty Air Force in Northern Japan (soon to be Northern Italy). Mark turned professional in photography in 2021 while in Las Vegas, but has been capturing images since 2014. By nature, he’s a street photographer, but he embraces any challenge or condition. He has a profound appreciation for JDM culture, and Japan in general, and enjoys pushing his boundaries to diversify his photographic portfolio. His notable work includes collaborations with Ultra Music Festival and Formula DRIFT Japan.

He's been fixated on cars since playing Gran Turismo at a young age and began taking photography seriously a couple of years ago. Katelyn Brozovich

Katelyn, more widely known as clusterfuc, has been capturing moments in drifting since 2018. Her lifelong love for photography grew into a passion in 2004, leading her to accept a Scholastic Gold Key for a single digital image and portfolio in 2009. She’s always had a love for cars and found a way to express that when she discovered drifting, where the cars are fascinatingly intense being pushed to their limits. Katelyn’s images bring that exciting feeling right to you.

Sam Frazelle

Sam Frazelle literally 'grew up' on Cali drifting. She and her parents frequented California Formula DRIFT events throughout her childhood, so she's practically seen it all! Fast forward, and today, you can find Sam and her trusty camera shooting trackside photography at drifting events, and she's also a vital part of the behind-the-scenes DRIFTEM family.

Tim Jarvis

Photography - Field (Midwest & Eastern US)

A lifelong automotive enthusiast and career web/software developer, Tim’s technical background helped him quickly pick up photography. He got his first ‘real’ camera about 10 years ago and never looked back. Tim splits his time between Minneapolis, MN and St. Augustine, FL, allowing him to maximize year-round motorsports, with an emphasis on drift, rally, and circuit racing -- along with all-things motorsports: ATVs/UTVs, off-roading, mud bogs, go-karts, drag racing, ice racing, motorcycles, motocross, etc.

Blair Howard

Blair began a photography career after retiring from his first career of 37 years. Feeling too young to actually retire, he picked up his old Canon 20d, and dove in head first. His early automotive works included several dealer shoots, private sessions, and drag racing events at Mission Raceways in British Columbia. Today, Blair still covers private sessions, as well as the annual event schedules at Evergreen Speedway and Mission Raceway.

Andrei Popov

Andrei is a photographer out of Central Jersey. He started as a driver and uses this point of view to help guide his photography by trying to anticipate what the driver will do. He grew up spectating drift events at Englishtown, which then eventually led him to driving, and doing media.

Christian Buenaventura

Christian’s passion for photography started in high school, but his love for cars began in 2019, after attending a weekend at Villains Sportsland. When he thought his passion for photography/videography was fading, drifting re-ignited it. Recently separated from Active Duty military (Navy) after eight years, Christian has been chasing the automotive industry since. He shares passion with the community that made him feel alive again through his lens.

Alex Shirra

Alex has always been interested in drifting and the car scene in general. He got his first taste of photographing drift cars at Fuel Fest 2022 in Phoenix, AZ and was instantly hooked. Going to that event pushed him to start taking his photography really serious and he’s grateful he made the leap. He’s excited to be learning and growing in this industry every day.
